This statement describes the actual technical state of this website (as at August 2026). No analytics, tracking or advertising services are used, no third-party content is loaded and no consent cookies are set.

2. Hosting and server log files
The website is operated by a service provider in Germany. When you access it, the server automatically collects data transmitted by your browser (so-called server log files):
- page accessed and date/time of access
- volume of data transferred and confirmation of successful retrieval
- browser type and version, operating system used
- referrer URL and IP address
Purpose and legal basis: the processing serves technically faultless delivery, stability and security of the website. The legal basis is our legitimate interest under Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
Retention period: the log files are deleted or truncated after seven days at the latest. They are not merged with other data sources.
A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the hosting provider.
3. Cookies and access to your device
This website sets no cookies for analytics, marketing or profiling purposes.
No tracking takes place, no user profiles are created and nothing is passed on to third parties.

Remembering the language is pure convenience: the language is in the address anyway
(/en/, /fr/) and the website works exactly the same without this cookie.
That is why we ask first.
Changing your decision: use the Cookie settings link at the bottom of
every page. Withdrawing is as easy as consenting and takes effect immediately.
As long as you have not decided, nothing is set. Dismissing the notice or reading on does
not count as consent.
4. Fonts
This website uses the typefaces “Antonio” and “Barlow”. Both are served exclusively locally from our own server. There is no connection to Google Fonts or any other external provider; no data is transferred to third parties and no IP addresses are transmitted to Google.
5. Images, videos and maps
All images shown on this website are loaded from our own server.
Videos (two-click solution): on the Media page we embed music videos from YouTube. When the page is opened, no connection to YouTube is established – at first only a local preview area is displayed. Only when you actively click a video is the player loaded and a connection to Google servers established. In doing so, your IP address and information about the device used, among other things, are transmitted to Google; if you are logged in to YouTube, the request can be assigned to your account.
We use the extended data protection mode via the domain youtube-nocookie.com. In this mode Google does not set profiling cookies before playback. The legal basis for loading is the consent you give by clicking, pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR and § 25 (1) TDDDG. You can withdraw your consent at any time by reloading the page and not starting a video.
The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy. Transfer to the USA cannot be ruled out; Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
No map services (such as Google Maps) are embedded.
6. Social media references
In the footer you will find links to our profiles on Facebook, YouTube, SoundCloud and Spotify. These are plain hyperlinks, not social media plugins. No scripts or graphics are loaded from these providers. Data is transferred to those networks only when you deliberately click a link. The privacy policy of the respective provider then applies.
7. Contact and booking form
You can contact us using the enquiry form. The following data is processed:
- Mandatory: name, e-mail address, type of event, message
- Optional: date and place of the event
The details are transmitted to us by e-mail and serve exclusively to process your enquiry and any follow-up questions. They are not passed on to third parties.
Legal basis: for enquiries relating to the initiation or performance of an engagement, Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR; otherwise your consent under Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR or our legitimate interest in replying under Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
Retention period: your details are deleted as soon as the enquiry has been dealt with conclusively and no statutory retention periods (in particular commercial and tax periods of up to ten years) stand in the way.
Protection against automated submissions: to prevent the form from being abused on a large scale, the website checks an additional field that is invisible to you and only filled in by machines, as well as the time between opening and sending. In addition, a non-reversible check value derived from your IP address is stored for one hour when you submit, in order to limit the number of submissions. The IP address itself is not stored and cannot be reconstructed from the check value. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in preventing abuse under Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
Transmission is by unencrypted e-mail. Please do not send particularly sensitive data within the meaning of Art. 9 GDPR via the form.
8. Your rights
You have the following rights regarding your personal data at any time:
- Access to the stored data and its processing (Art. 15 GDPR)
- Rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR)
- Erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
- Restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
- Data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
- Objection to processing based on a legitimate interest (Art. 21 GDPR)
You may withdraw consent you have given at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7 (3) GDPR). The lawfulness of processing carried out up to the withdrawal remains unaffected.
9. Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

This website is delivered exclusively over an encrypted HTTPS connection (TLS). You can recognise this by the padlock symbol in your browser’s address bar.
11. No automated decision-making
No automated decision-making, including profiling, within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR takes place.

We will adapt this statement as soon as the legal situation or the technology used on this website changes – for example if videos are embedded, a map is included or a newsletter is offered in future. The version published at the time applies to your next visit.
